ABOUT REIKI
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works by channeling universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in ancient Japanese practices, Reiki encourages the body’s natural ability to heal and find balance. In addition to Reiki, shamanic practices and tools are used to intensify the healing while inviting Spirits for help.
At Gift of Hope, Reiki is shared with deep respect for your individual journey. Each session is a quiet space to reconnect with yourself — to soften, release, and realign. Whether received in person or remotely, Reiki works subtly yet profoundly, often bringing a sense of calm, clarity, and lightness.
Rather than trying to “fix” anything, Reiki holds space — for your body, mind, and spirit to remember the way back home to themselves.
Reiki Healing Sessions




In-Person Healing
In-person sessions offer the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in a calming, supportive space. You’ll lie down on a comfortable healing table, fully clothed, while I gently place my hands either on or just above your body. There is no physical manipulation — only stillness, presence, and gentle energetic guidance.
The energy flows intuitively to where it’s most needed — often bringing a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, or subtle shifts in awareness. Each session is different, because each moment in your life is different. Afterward, you may feel lighter, more centered, or simply more present in your body.
Reiki continues to unfold even after the session ends. It's not uncommon for emotions, memories, or buried feelings to rise to the surface in the hours or days afterward. This is part of the healing — an invitation to gently process and release what no longer serves you.
In-person healing allows us to work directly with the energy field in the shared space, deepening the sense of grounding, connection, and trust.
Reiki is not bound by time or space — energy flows where intention guides it. In a remote healing session, you can remain in the comfort of your own home while I connect with your energy field from afar. We agree on a specific time, and all you need to do is find a quiet, comfortable place where you can lie down or sit undisturbed.
The session works in the same way as in-person Reiki: energy is sent with the same care, presence, and intuitive guidance. Many people report feeling warmth, tingling, emotions rising, or simply a deep sense of peace — even at a distance.
Remote sessions are just as powerful and can be especially supportive during times of travel, illness, transition, or when you simply want to rest in your own space.
SESSION TYPES
60 Minute Healing - a full Shamanic Reiki healing consisting of 10-15 minute introduction/preparation, 35 minute healing and 10-15 minute discussion after the healing.
90 Minute Healing - a full Shamanic Reiki healing consisting of 10-15 minute introduction/preparation, 60 minute healing with additional time spent on trigger areas and 10-15 minute discussion after the healing.
SESSION TYPE
60 Minute Remote Healing - a full Shamanic Reiki healing consisting of 10-15 minute introduction/preparation (connecting via Zoom), 35 minute healing (offline) followed by an audio message or discussion after the healing.
